Harassment, bullying and discrimination should be reported to your manager. The manager should provide advice to the employee and ascertain what specific steps the employee would like the manager to take. The consequence for employees, who harass fellow employee, customers or suppliers whether physically or mentally, will be disciplinary action, which may include dismissal.
